Shipment Processing Time
We dispatch orders directly from multiple warehouses as soon as they are processed.
If we experience a high volume of orders, dispatch may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. In the unlikely event of a significant delay, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Here are the estimated delivery times after your purchase are:

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details. This allows you to monitor your delivery status at every stage. You can also track your order via [insert tracking link/website].
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Phase5 Gift is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or taxes, or marked as "return to sender," we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@phase5retail.com with photographs of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will review your case and arrange a replacement where applicable.
